Ms. Shirley Yee was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1987. She holds a LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.E.S. from the University of Waterloo and is the founder of Shirley Yee Professional Corporation.
Ms. Yee has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate and business transactions, Wills and Estates and Family Trusts.
Ms. Yee has represented clients for the purchase and sale of multi-tenanted plazas, the purchase of car dealerships, medical and dental practices, development lands, e-commerce start-ups and financing including SAFEs.
