Kai Deng is the founder of Kai Deng Law Professional Corporation. His practice focuses on real estate transactions for residential and commercial properties, leasing of commercial properties, business transactions and franchise business. He has acted for purchasers, vendors, tenants and landlords in connection with a variety of matters.
Kai completed his articles with a downtown Ottawa law firm and pracised there in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Prior to that, Kai worked in Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Employment and Skill Development Canada as a policy analyst. Before immigrating to Canada, Kai was an associate in Dentons (Nanning) China and an in-house counsel in China Mobile Telecommunications Corporation.
Kai enjoys travelling, reading and working out in the gym.
