As one of the first Central American lawyers to be called to the Law Society of Upper Canada, Juan aspired to create a law firm that is accessible to all people—no matter culture, religion, gender or language.
With his partners Moira Gracey and Kelley Campbell and a talented team of associates, the firm provides personal, down-to-earth, first-name-basis service to every client.
Juan has appeared before several courts and tribunals including: the Superior Court of Ontario, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, CRTC, Immigration Refugee Board, CPP and WSIB.
