Meet Ansar Hussain Arain, our new Family Associate at Kazandji Law. Ansar is a Barrister & Solicitor, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. He completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation. Ansar earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University, Toronto.
With a rich background in family law, Ansar has worked as a Junior Associate at Law Booth Professional Corporation in Mississauga. His experiance spans conducting legal research, drafting critical family law documents, and representing clients in court. Ansar possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Family Law Act and Children Aid Society issues, excelling in client preparation for various legal stages. Previously, he served as a Legal Assistant at JSM Law, where he honed his organizational skills and proficiency in handling family court proceedings.
Ansar’s participation in the Canadian Law Society Mooting Competition at the University of Leicester and his role as a Legal Advisor in the Pro Bono Society there have further developed his legal skills.
He brings to our team excellent communication abilities and a detail-oriented approach to family law cases. Ansar is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, and skilled in various legal software. His interests include sports, traveling, and photography.
