Ali is an immigration lawyer with experience in various areas of Canadian immigration law, including, but not limited to, temporary and permanent residence applications, sponsorship, procedural fairness letters, humanitarian and compassionate considerations, and Judicial Review at the Federal Court. From the initial intake call to the end of a file, Ali adopts a collaborative approach to ensure clients understand all their options and are able to make informed decisions throughout the process.
Ali obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Windsor. During his studies, Ali worked at several non-profit legal organizations where he was responsible for a wide range of complex legal cases. By extension of his early experience, Ali understands the difficulties that individuals and families face while navigating the Canadian immigration system, and strives to make it easier for clients to come to Canada.
Ali is passionate about helping clients with their immigration matters and thereby making a positive and meaningful impact on their lives.
