Luke is the founder of Z. Sun Law Professional Corporation. He is a lawyer licensed in both Ontario, Canada and New York, USA since 2010. He graduated from top law schools in China and Canada with distinction. His practice is focused on Canadian and U.S. immigration laws, and business and corporate law. He regularly acts for individual and business clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in Canada and the U.S., developing immigration plans and strategies, applying for temporary residence and permanent residence, and ensuring regulatory compliance. He also represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and Federal Court of Canada on immigration litigation matters.
Prior to opening his own practice, Luke worked with law firms in downtown Toronto, including the world’s largest corporate immigration firm for years. He has extensive experience in Canadian and U.S. immigration law as well as business and corporate law. Prior to coming to Canada, Luke worked at a business law firm in China.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his family. He likes movies, travelling and cooking.
