Sahej is a criminal defence lawyer at S. Athwal Law. He has successfully defended clients at trial in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of justice relating to various charges under the criminal code. His experience spans a broad spectrum, addressing cases involving domestic assault, sexual assault, drinking & driving offences, weapons and drug possession charges.
Sahej completed his Master in Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Sahej is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
