Provision of legal services to corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of Canadian immigration matters including intra-company transfers, NAFTA/CUSMA and other free trade agreement work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, and Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class permanent residence applications through the Express Entry System. Michael also guides clients through the intricacies of Canada’s Start-Up Visa Program.

Michael focuses on the preparation and filing of green card applications, naturalization applications, treaty trader and treaty investor company registrations, L-1 intra-company transfers, as well as H-1B, TN and many other types of visa applications. Michael has also assisted many clients in abandoning their permanent resident status and renouncing U.S. citizenship including handling admissibility issues arising from temporary resident permit applications, criminal rehabilitation applications and nonimmigrant waivers.
