Abhinav is a passionate and tenacious advocate, working relentlessly to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients. He advocates zealously and empathically to ensure his client’s voices are heard and understood. He understands the stress of facing criminal charges, he is dedicated to supporting his clients through every step of the process.
Abhinav frequently represents clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He also conducts bail hearings to secure his client’s releases, including special bail hearings that involve serious and complex charges.
Before joining Edward Royle & Partners LLP, Abhinav used to work with a well-respected boutique criminal defence firm in downtown Toronto. There, he gained valuable experience and worked on a variety of criminal and regulatory matters.
Abhinav is a member of the Advocates’ Society, Criminal Lawyers Associate, Toronto Lawyers Association and South Asian Bar Association.
