Broqachel entered the legal profession with a deep understanding of courtroom advocacy. As a court reporter, she observed a wide range of trials, hearings, and legal proceedings, analyzing the strategies of seasoned lawyers before stepping into the field herself. She was then licensed as a paralegal, when she gained extensive hands-on litigation experience, conducting numerous contested sentencing hearings and two trials before becoming a lawyer. Her time as a paralegal allowed her to develop strong litigation skills, case management experience, and a sharp command of legal strategy early in her career. In addition to criminal law, she also worked as a licensed immigration consultant, specializing in criminal inadmissibility and family immigration, before shifting her focus entirely to criminal and immigration law.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, Broqachel provides clear, confident, and effective legal representation to a diverse range of clients. She plays a key role in mentoring junior associates and paralegals at What The Law, ensuring the firm upholds the highest standards of advocacy.
