During her youth, Sabrina immigrated from China to Canada with her entrepreneur mom. Thereafter, she witnessed the hardships that business owners face. To help protect their hard-earned personal and business assets, Sabrina decided to become a lawyer. Since 2017, Sabrina and her team closed countless real estate purchases, sales, and refinances for families and business owners – including their 1st homes, office buildings, and estate properties. As well, Sabrina’s team guided many companies through their incorporation, contracts, buy/sell, and succession.
20 years later, Sabrina’s mom passed away, shortly after the birth of her 1st grandchild. Although her mom had a Will, Sabrina still had to spend a whole year administering the estate. This includes probating the Will with the Court, selling the estate property, paying off all creditors, filing estate and income taxes, and keeping detailed accounting of all distributions to beneficiaries.
This process was so long, complicated, and tedious. And it must be done immediately after one’s passing. Thus, this was truly the hardest time in Sabrina’s life. Due to this personal experience, Sabrina focused more on helping clients with estate planning, probate applications, and estate administration.
After the birth of her second child, Sabrina developed a comprehensive estate plan with her financial advisors. Now, she truly enjoys each and every day, as she and her team help clients plan for their succession and protect their family assets.

Sabrina is devoted to her family (husband, son & daughter) while remaining passionate to her own business.
Having gone through the tragic passing of her mom & the joyous birth of her children – the challenges of opening a new business years ago and the current complexities of managing a fast-growing law firm – she shares many experiences with her clients – and she relate to them deeply.
During her off-time, you can find her singing & playing violin, and attempting to write the next best-selling fantasy series.
